What if accelerate change and uncertainly in our world is life's encouragement to surrender our old ways of being? Can we allow change to positively change us?

Allowing change to change us does not surrender our sovereignty or self-responsibility. We are always captains your human vessel. We are always responsible for internally steering the rudder of our intention and our attention.

Learning to consciously steer your vessel is not about trying to control outcomes. It is the practice of directing the enormous power of our focus to collaborate with life. It is the practice of sensing beyond the apparent, into the intelligent mystery that gives rise to all that is, and allowing that wholesome, trustworthy intelligence to internally guide often as we can.

You learn to steer your human vessel by becoming congruent with your energy. This requires becoming present in the “now moment.” It means learning to more fully feel your feelings, and articulate the truth of your experience. It is about discovering and befriending all aspects of yourself...and the precious life you are given, which you co-create.

This work assists you in discovering and practicing a level of internal steering that reduces your experience of turbulence and enables you to move with the flow of life's current.

“Helen brings the depth of a Jungian approach to her work. She skillfully brings the unseen world into the present where it can become conscious. She helps you dive in deep waters within a safe container.”

C. Sarver | Educator, Healing Professional

"Working with Helen has truly been a catalyst for my own creativity, helping me move through internal blocks that kept me from comfortably (and broadly) sharing my gifts with others. Her attentive presence and penetrating questions draw out my creative expression."

my increased awareness and change is remarkable.

My own facilitation is changing as I change.
